Come away with us to live your best metabolic life! Following the tremendous success of last year's retreat, we are enthusiastically bringing you yet another ground breaking experience of health and well being. This will be 4 days of deep learning and crazy fun!

Deep immersion into the foundations for health and wellness is the best way to unleash the vitality within us! You know it can be there, but we are often too busy, distracted, tired or apathetic to feel the wellness within. THIS is why we come together for RETREAT.

If you truly wish to have invigorating experience of what great metabolic health is like and experiencing it with an equally motivated community, this retreat is for you.

Christabelle has curated wonderful experts to demonstrate and teach what can give you an unshakable metabolism and nervous system to survive anything. During this retreat, you will learn from our seasoned cold adapted biohackers how to cold plunge, eat, laugh, intuitively feel and live a truly upgraded life.

During the retreat, we will have daily talks by each health expert as well as work in small groups with them. There will be activities through the day with rest periods. The retreat aims to support individual needs and health care concerns but please check with us to ensure its suitability for you. Food requirements can be met and menus modified to suit any diet.
