Consultations are billed at an hourly rate of $424 pro rata temporis. This includes time spent with the patient as well as time spent outside the doctor-patient interaction time spent on reviewing detailed history, results, preparation of comprehensive treatment plans which incorporate supplements, medications, diet and lifestyle recommendations. For Initial consultations the "non face-to-face" billable time is typically about 20 to 30 minutes, for first review consultations it is typically 10 to 20 minutes, and for most subsequent review appointments it is typically 5 to 10 minutes.

The review of comprehensive test results and the preparation of the corresponding treatment plans, including dietary/lifestyle recommendations and nutraceutical supplements and medications that may be appropriate, will incur an extra private fee (the cost being dependent on time spent needed to review results and create the plan outside of consultation time). The cost is $7.07 per minute. Please notify your practitioner if you do not want such a plan to be prepared in writing and the review to take place verbally during your consultation time. The consultation fee will also be adjusted pro rata temporis to the actual length of the consultation.

For Medicare rebates to be eligible, you will need:

• A valid referral from your GP (valid 12 months),
• Your child to be present at the appointment (whether face to face or via telehealth).

The 12 months rule of a face-to-face appointment does not apply to Telehealth Medicare benefits.

Reception staff are unable to look after your child or your other children during the appointment. Please bring an extra support person if needed.

All patients enrolled in this doctor-naturopath clinic will have 2 initial visits + 1 follow-up visit with the team + 2-4 visits with Adrian alone.

Some people will need more combined visits – this will be discussed and decided by the team and the patient.

After the consultation you will pay GenBiome for Dr Caldicott and you will receive the Medicare rebate into your bank account.

Adrian Adams will collect payment at the end of the consultation separately.

Fees do not include investigations, herbs, supplements or other practitioners or services being referred to.
