Please note that a non-attendance fee of 100% of the consultation fee will be charged if you don’t attend or don't notify us at least two business days prior to the appointment. See HERE for more details. A flat administration fee of $75 may be applied instead of 100% of the consultation fee if the time slot can be allocated to another patient.
