About Me
" A healthy outside starts from the inside" - Robert Ulrich
I believe that true health is about more than the absence of illness—it's about creating balance across every aspect of life.
As a registered nurse with a passion for holistic health, I combine evidence-based nursing care with mindset coaching and practical lifestyle strategies to support lasting wellbeing.
My goal is to empower people to reconnect with their bodies, reduce stress, build sustainable healthy habits, and cultivate the mindset needed to thrive. Through compassionate, personalised guidance, I strive to help people achieve meaningful, long-term wellness—from the inside out.
